Cliff is happily married to April and they have three children, Walker, Ashlyn, and Silas. Cliff is the Lead Pastor at Movement and oversees the vision, mission, and direction of the church. He is passionate about seeing the Gospel take root in people's lives in a way that leads to flourishing and ultimately connects them to the movement of God in their lives, their city, and the world. He loves basketball, golf, and staying active.

Jared and his wife, Corrie, moved from Seattle with their six children, Collin, Moriah, Alaina, Megan, Jasmine, and Mika, to join Movement Church. As the Sending Pastor, Jared oversees Movement's efforts to advance the kingdom of God, represent Jesus' compassionate heart, and plants churches both locally and globally. His desire is to identify, equip, send, and provide care for people who say "yes" to God's mission. You might find him in the book store reading about world cultures or taking a walk in the city.

Khiry and his wife, Lindsay moved from Kansas City in December of 2018 to Richmond. Together they have two sons, Kasen and Monroe. Lindsay grew up in the Roanoke area and Khiry grew up in Louisiana. As the Director of Family Ministry, Khiry is the “Guardian of the DNA” for Movement Family Ministries. This simply means he leads the development of content, activities, and plans for MKids, Youth, and College/Young adults. Khiry has a passion for people, reaching and equipping the next generation, and diversity. Outside of work you can find him in the kitchen/ on the grill, watching or playing sports, or spending time with his family!

David and his wife Allison live in the Northside of Richmond. David serves as the Church Administrator where he provides logistical support to the pastoral staff, assisting in the smooth and efficient operation of the church’s mission, ministry, and business endeavors. He also leads our communication team and hosts the Movement Connect Podcast. David is passionate about creating systems and rhythms to connect people to God and each other. David enjoys Mexican Food, listening to podcasts, and exploring Richmond.

Allison is married to David and they have been in the Richmond area for almost two years. As the MKids director, Allison partners with parents and volunteers to minister to the kids and families in MKids. Allison's desire is to equip volunteers for their ministry to families and to partner with parents as they disciple the children God has entrusted to them. Allison loves all things people and being outside.

Matt met and married his wife Chyrelle at Movement and they are doing their best to wrangle two precocious daughters, Charlotte and Olivia. As the worship team leader, Matt works alongside a group of skilled volunteers to plan and execute the musical worship at Movement. He believes that the songs we sing as a church are meant to form us, and hopes to get some really solid theology stuck in your head throughout the week. Matt loves rock climbing, barbecue, and making coffee brewing way more complicated than it needs to be.
