NT Survey: Under the guidance of the Holy Spirit, Jesus’ followers wrote the 27 books that make up the New Testament. In this class, participants will learn how these books work together to tell one unified story. The class will provide a broad overview of the NT to enhance understanding of how the OT and NT fit together. Participants will see how God has kept the promises he made from the very beginning and will hear God’s voice today through these NT books. B-L-E-S-S: Dave Ferguson book (Missional class) In the beginning, God promised to Abraham that all the nations of the earth would be BLESSed through Him. In this class, participants will learn how God still intends to keep this promise through His followers.. With practical applications, participants will grow in the understanding of what it meants to be a BLESSing in their neighborhoods; proclaiming the greatness of Jesus Christ. Great Questions: How Does Salvation Work? Jesus lived a perfect life and willingly died for us in His great act of salvation. This class will focus on what Christ did for us, and will seek to answer some of the most prominent questions about salvation in Jesus Using the Bible as a guidebook, we will seek to grow in the understanding of God’s gift of salvation through Jesus Christ, and answer the overarching question: How Does Salvation Work? Parenting: Being a parent is one of the most rewarding roles a person can fill; it can also be one of the most challenging. Fortunately, God has blessed us with one another so that we don’t have to face these challenges alone. In this class, parents will meet other parents who have the same questions, and who are experiencing the same difficulties. In addition, you will hear some of the best lessons that long-time parents have learned as they raised their children, to know and love God.
